GPTCoderRalph explored a practical gap in browser-based coding: ChatGPT can discuss a code change, but the code lives in a local development environment. The extension was meant to bridge those two places, carrying a web session into local tools so an agentic workflow could work against the project files.
The interesting part is the boundary. A browser conversation needs a controlled way to reach local code, and the local side needs to know which project and actions are in scope. This project was an experiment in making that handoff feel direct.
